Knitted vests forever! This is the first vest I have ever made. No idea why it took so long to get a vest on my needles. They are so fast and simple! The Wanda Vest is a 1940s style, knit bottom up in the round and then separated for the upper back, right, and left fronts. The neck and armholes are picked up with smaller circular needles. I used a 5ply acrylic yarn from my stash. It's a bit eh, but works well for this little vest. The lace pattern is worked on the RS only (P on WS) and is easy to memorise. There were a couple of mods for this project. Check out my Ravelry notes here for more information. At the end of the day, I am super happy with this and I am sure it will get a lot of rotation this autumn and winter. I need more vests in my life! Vest: made by me
